South Carolina House Resolution expressing profound sorrow upon the death of Reginald Sterling Garvin Sr. ("Fuzzy") of Richland County, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at age 60

Garvin was born August 26, 1965, in Columbia, graduated from Eau Claire High School in 1984, and was a longtime member of Brookland Baptist Church for over 30 years

He pursued multiple entrepreneurial ventures including Garvin Automotive, Garvin Insurance Agency, Garvin Realty Group, and Theta Nu Phli Records, following employment with companies like Budweiser and Carolina Wine and Spirits

Garvin was the father of three children, including State Representative Kambrell Houston Garvin, and worked behind the scenes on his son's political campaigns

The resolution directs that a copy be presented to the Garvin family to extend the House's deepest sympathy
