Protects from public disclosure the specific amounts paid to individual athletes and sport-specific allocations within revenue-sharing programs

Keeps confidential all negotiation documents and agreements with individual athletes related to revenue-sharing programs

Takes effect upon Governor's approval and applies retroactively to pending legal actions or disclosure requests without final judgments
