Irmo Little League baseball team placed third nationally in the 2025 Little League World Series held in Williamsport, Pennsylvania from August 13-24, 2025, representing the Southeast region

The team went undefeated in district play (3 games, zero runs allowed), won all four state tournament games on Johns Island, and fought back from the losers' bracket in regionals to defeat Florida 5-4 and advance to the World Series

In the World Series, Irmo finished 3-2, defeating New England 13-0, South Dakota 7-6 in extra innings, and Hawaii 3-0, while losing twice to Nevada (0-1 and 3-5)

Team members included Ethan Bennett, Andrew Bogan, Brayden Gerard, Jacob Gibson, Joe Giulietti, Sutton Gravelle, Jake McQuilkin, Brody Miller, Palmer Steele, Ryder Tilitz, Preston Ware, and Brady Westbrooks, led by Manager Dave Bogan and Coaches Mike Beckworth and Pat Gravelle

The team earned 23 ESPN appearances during World Series play and was honored by Governor Henry McMaster at the Governor's Mansion on September 10, 2025
