Establishes a statewide firefighter occupational health program administered by the Department of Public Health in coordination with the Office of the State Fire Marshal

Requires annual PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) blood testing at no cost for all active career and volunteer firefighters employed by municipal, county, state, or special purpose district fire departments

Mandates annual occupational health and cancer screenings, including diagnostic testing consistent with nationally recognized firefighter medical standards, provided at no cost to firefighters

Protects all individual test results as confidential medical records that cannot be used for discipline, termination, denial of promotion, or other adverse employment actions

Requires fire departments to provide reasonable paid release time for firefighters to participate in the testing and screenings
