Bars districts from requiring formative assessments or district-selected benchmark assessments to count toward final course grades, though districts may still use these assessments for instructional purposes.

Establishes a 10% withholding of State Aid to Classroom funding as the enforcement mechanism for districts violating grading requirements.

Directs the State Board of Education to establish a task force by the 2026-2027 school year to recommend revisions to the Uniform Grading Policy, with implementation required by the 2028-2029 school year.
