Requires the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services to conduct quarterly testing for urinary metabolites at wastewater treatment facility intakes and outflows

Targets specific pharmaceutical compounds: antimetabolites, prostaglandins and prostaglandin analogs, and antiprogestins in gluconate form

Mandates testing at all wastewater facilities within 10 miles of municipalities with 250,000+ population, plus at least 10 facilities each in three smaller population tiers (100,000-250,000; 25,000-100,000; under 25,000)

Requires the department to publish testing records online including sample collection dates, locations, test dates, and results in parts per trillion, along with public health relevance statements

Tests must be performed by accredited or certified environmental testing laboratories
