Requires academic grades for student participants to be reviewed and verified by personnel independent of the athletic/activity program, free from coach or sponsor influence

Takes effect for the 2027-2028 school year, with districts required to adopt compliance policies and conduct regular audits, with violations resulting in suspension of activity funding or participation privileges
