South Carolina House Resolution honoring Abdoul Karim Diallo, Director General of Société Nouvelle de Commerce S.A. (SONOCO Group) in West Africa, for his achievements as an industrial leader

Diallo, born November 3, 1985, in Guinea, joined the family business in 2009 and transformed SONOCO from a local trading enterprise into a vertically integrated conglomerate spanning flour milling, metallurgy, beverages, agriculture, construction, logistics, and real estate

Under his leadership, SONOCO acquired and revitalized Nestlé Guinée, founded Salam Beverages, and secured a co-packing partnership with The Coca-Cola Company

Diallo holds a Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development certification and received recognition from the Choiseul 100 Africa list

Resolution directs that a copy be presented to Abdoul Karim Diallo
