South Carolina House Resolution honors Dr. Şakir Yavuz, founder and president of ATAFOM University International in Bangui, Central African Republic, recognizing his achievements as an education strategist, business executive, and philanthropist

Dr. Yavuz established ATAFOM University International in 2019 on a 707-hectare campus, delivering hybrid learning through physical and digital platforms with a philosophy of "Education for Integration" promoting equal access regardless of race, religion, gender, or nationality

Beyond academia, Dr. Yavuz serves as president of Perfect Timing Holding, a multinational consortium operating in ICT, fintech, transportation, healthcare, tourism, and education, and founded SAYA Group and SayArts Collection

Dr. Yavuz achieved international distinction as a martial arts grand master, earning more than 150 national and international titles in kung-fu, kickboxing, and Thai boxing

Resolution directs that a copy be presented to Dr. Şakir Yavuz
