Prohibits municipalities and political subdivisions in South Carolina from enacting policies that restrict enforcement of federal immigration laws below the full extent permitted by federal law

Bars local governments from prohibiting or directing law enforcement not to gather information about individuals' citizenship or immigration status

Prevents local governments from prohibiting communication of citizenship or immigration status information to federal law enforcement agencies

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring civil actions against municipalities to enjoin violations of these provisions

Creates a private right of action allowing any South Carolina citizen aggrieved by a municipality's violation to sue to enjoin future violations
