Dutch Fork High School Varsity and Junior Varsity Dazzlers dance teams won three state championship titles (varsity hip hop, junior varsity jazz, and junior varsity hip hop) at the South Carolina State Dance Team Championship on February 21, 2026

Junior varsity Dazzlers earned first-place honors at the Clover Competition and Gator Classic Competition, plus third place in hip hop at the Dance Team Union National Competition

Varsity Dazzlers achieved first place in game day and hip hop at the Clover Competition, and reached finalist status (16th place) in hip hop at the Dance Team Union National Competition

The Dazzlers hosted the Capital City Dance Team Championship, the largest regional qualifier for the South Carolina Dance Association Dance Team Championship

Resolution directs that copies be presented to Principal Reed Gunter and Coach Madeline Thiemann to recognize the teams' achievements and community contributions
