Amends South Carolina's Schedule I controlled substances law (Section 44-53-190) to add a comprehensive new category for "Substituted Tryptamines" as item 22

Removes three specific tryptamines from their individual listings: Bufotenine, Diethyltryptamine (DET), and Dimethyltryptamine (DMT)

Creates a broad structural definition covering any compound containing a tryptamine structure with various substitutions, capturing current and potential future synthetic variants

Lists 29 specific substituted tryptamines now prohibited, including DMT, DET, Bufotenine, 5-MeO-DMT, DiPT, DPT, and various acetoxy and hydroxy variants

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
