Cambridge Academy volleyball team (Greenwood County) won the 2025 South Carolina Independent School Association (SCISA) Class 1A State Championship on October 27, 2025, defeating Curtis Baptist School 3-0 (25-5, 25-14, 25-5)

The Lady Cougars finished with a 19-5-1 overall record and went undefeated 10-0 in region play, with 15 victories coming from 3-0 sweeps

Senior Khloe Cheeks led the championship match with 31 assists, 10 service aces, 6 kills, and 7 digs, sharing Region 3 Player of the Year honors with Addison Leopard (10 kills, 9 assists, 4 digs, 1 ace)

Head Coach Chelsie Calvert led the team to consecutive state titles
