Requires "artificial or cell-cultivated food products" (foods grown from biopsies of living animal cells in laboratories) to be conspicuously labeled on the front of packaging indicating they are not beef, poultry, fish, crustacean, or other animal protein

Prohibits labeling any artificial or cell-cultivated food product as beef, poultry, fish, crustacean, or other animal protein it may resemble for advertising, manufacturing, or sales purposes in South Carolina

Makes it unlawful to engage in misleading or deceptive practices that misrepresent cell-cultivated products as being derived from harvested production animals

Each package that violates the labeling requirements constitutes a separate and distinct offense

Exempts retail sales from the definition of "sells, or holds or offers for sale" unless the retailer is also the manufacturer
