Expands the definition of "personal contact information" for law enforcement officers and judges to include property tax map numbers in addition to home addresses and personal cell phone numbers

Requires state and local government agencies to restrict eligible law enforcement officers' and judges' personal contact information from publicly available government websites upon submission of a designated form and notarized affidavit

Creates exceptions allowing disclosure of restricted information to title insurers, title insurance agents, attorneys in good standing, professional engineers/surveyors, personal representatives of deceased requesters, and government agencies

Protects state and local government employees from liability for claims arising from personal contact information in public records, while allowing eligible parties to petition courts for compliance orders

Delays the effective date of the original 2023 privacy protection acts from July 1, 2025 to January 1, 2026, and directs the Office of Court Administration and SC Criminal Justice Academy to create a standardized request form
