Allows the Catawba Nation to join the South Carolina Police Officers Retirement System (PORS) as an eligible employer by applying to the board and complying with existing admission requirements

Requires the Catawba Nation to waive sovereign immunity for disputes related to the retirement system's administration and enforcement as a condition of joining

Mandates that full-time masters-in-equity participate in PORS for service after December 31, 2025, with an option to transfer credited service from the SC Retirement System by paying accumulated contributions plus 5% of annual salary per year of service

Creates an earnings limitation exception for retired PORS members who return to work in critical needs law enforcement positions as determined by the Law Enforcement Training Council, subject to annual General Assembly approval

Allows retired members of both PORS and the SC Retirement System to receive benefits without earnings limitations if they remain separated from participating employer service for at least 12 consecutive months after retirement
