Establishes the Dietitian Licensure Compact allowing licensed dietitians to practice across member states without obtaining separate licenses in each state through a "compact privilege" system.

Requires dietitians seeking compact privileges to hold current registration as a registered dietitian, maintain an unencumbered license in their home state, and complete FBI fingerprint-based criminal background checks.

Creates the Dietitian Licensure Compact Commission as a joint government agency of member states to administer the compact, establish rules, maintain a data system, and coordinate regulatory activities.

Authorizes member states to take adverse actions against a licensee's compact privilege within their jurisdiction while reserving to the home state the exclusive authority to take action against the home state license.

Provides special provisions for active military members and their spouses to designate a home state and retain that designation during active duty service.
