Reduces the legislative review period for state agency regulations from 120 days to 110 days after submission to the General Assembly

Changes the tolling period for legislative review from "sine die adjournment" to a fixed period from the second Friday in May through the second Monday in January of the following year

Requires that if a joint resolution disapproving a regulation receives a negative vote, the remaining review period must be extended to at least 90 days if fewer days remain

Applies the amended provisions to regulations filed with the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House on or after January 14, 2025
