Suspends for calendar year 2025 the requirement in Section 58-3-20(C) that prohibits the General Assembly from holding Public Service Commission elections until courts make a final determination on congressional district compliance with statutory or constitutional requirements

Exempts Public Service Commission elections conducted by the General Assembly during calendar years 2025 and 2026 from the requirements of Section 2-20-15 of the S.C. Code

Takes effect immediately upon approval by the Governor
