Renames the "South Carolina Children's Advocacy Medical Response System Act" to the "South Carolina Child Abuse and Neglect Network"

Makes conforming name changes throughout Sections 63-11-400 through 63-11-420 of the South Carolina Code to reflect the new program title

The program, administered by the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, continues to provide coordination and administration of medical service resources for entities responding to suspected child abuse or neglect cases

Changes the term "health care provider" to "healthcare provider" (single word) in the definitions section

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
