Amends the boundaries of the Blue Ridge Community in Greenville County, South Carolina, significantly reducing the geographic area from the original 2021 boundaries

New boundaries run from the intersection of Beaver Dam Road, Old Highway 25, and Highway 25, following Highway 25 south to Highway 290, then east to Highway 253, and north through various roads including East Tyger Bridge Road and Highway 101

Prohibits installation of cluster decentralized wastewater treatment systems (septic systems serving two or more dwellings with shared treatment and dispersal) within the Blue Ridge Community after the act's effective date

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
