Restricts Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to using only the abbreviation "CRNA" or variations of CRNA to indicate their practice status

Prohibits CRNAs from using any medical or medical specialty designations, including those identified in Section 40-27-20(36)(g), either alone or in combination with nursing abbreviations

Maintains existing requirements that CRNAs must complete a master's-level accredited education program, hold national certification, and demonstrate advanced anesthesia knowledge and skills

Requires CRNAs to practice under written guidelines developed with supervision from a licensed physician or dentist, or approved by the medical staff at their practice facility

Takes effect upon the Governor's approval
