Establishes the South Carolina Pray Safe Grant Program within the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) to provide security enhancement grants to religious organizations at risk of religiously motivated crimes

Grants may be awarded up to $750,000 per eligible applicant, which must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt private organization at particular risk of religiously motivated crime

Eligible security enhancements include security assessments and training, security personnel, building upgrades (windows, doors, gates, landscaping), lighting, camera systems, alarms, and other security systems

SLED must establish ranking criteria for applications based on level of risk, whether the applicant has previously been subject to a religiously motivated crime or domestic terrorism, and existing security measures

Creates the South Carolina Pray Safe Grant Program Fund in the State Treasury, with grants limited to the available fund balance
