South Carolina Senate resolution honoring Greater Greenwood United Ministry (GGUM) on its 30th anniversary of serving the Greenwood community

GGUM opened in January 1995 with 17 charter churches and is now supported by over 65 partner churches, individual donations, grants, and the Music for Ministry fundraiser

Crisis Ministry provides assistance with rent evictions, utility disconnections, an emergency food pantry, and intervention programs promoting self-sustainability

GGUM Free Medical Clinic operates five days per week offering primary care, internal medicine, gynecology, in-house pharmacy, laboratory services, women's health, diabetic education, vision services, dental extractions, and a mobile health clinic

Resolution thanks the organization for its service and extends best wishes for continued work in the community
