Creates a new "advanced esthetician" license category in South Carolina for practitioners who can perform standard esthetician services plus high frequency treatments, microcurrent, galvanic, microneedling, dermaplaning, and chemical peels with a pH between 2 and 3

Requires advanced esthetician applicants to be at least 16 years old with a tenth grade education, complete at least 600 hours of skin care classes at a board-approved school, and pass a board examination

Standard esthetician license requires 450 hours of training, while the new advanced esthetician license requires 600 hours

Adds "advanced esthetician" to existing regulatory provisions requiring proper licensure for employment and supervision, temporary permits, and board examination schedules
