Recognizes the church's founding in 1925 by Reverend Zachariah E. Dennis, with the first service held in the living room of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Knightner before the congregation built a permanent church at 5326 Ridgeway Street in Columbia

Notes the church's growth under successive pastors including Reverend Jeremiah W. Witherspoon (1955-1967), Reverend Levi C. Chavous (1967-2007), and Reverend Fred W. Coit (2008-2024), who expanded facilities to include the L.C. Chavous Conference Center with daycare and gymnasium

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Reverend Darrius Graves
