Recognizes and honors Diana Tisdell of Beaufort County for receiving the American Heritage Girls Stars and Stripes Award, to be presented on June 2, 2025, at The Church of the Cross

Highlights her service project benefiting Friends of Honey Hill Battlefield in Ridgeland, where she led volunteers to clear and mulch a walking trail and install fencing, contributing over 160 volunteer hours

Notes she was a founding member of Troop SC 1412 at age five in 2012 and has earned every Level Award offered, including the Patriot's Abigail Adams Award in August 2023

Recognizes her academic achievements as a May River High School senior enrolled in USC Beaufort's dual enrollment program with 15 college credits, plus participation in musical theater and chorus

Commends her more than 400 volunteer hours in her community, for which she earned the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, and her plans to pursue a degree in music education after graduation on June 3, 2025
