Dr. Williams was born October 9, 1947, in Fort Motte and earned a bachelor's degree in religious studies and philosophy from the College of New Rochelle in New York, along with an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Virginia University of Lynchburg

Under his leadership, Antioch Baptist Church has added eight ministers, created Wednesday night Bible study and new members orientation, built a Fellowship Hall and steeple, and remodeled the church front

Dr. Williams has preached and traveled extensively throughout the world, including Israel, Judea, the Caribbean, and across the United States
