Recognizes and honors Rahsaan "Saani" Perry, Assistant Principal of West Florence High School, for being named the 2025 National Assistant Principal of the Year by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP)

Perry received the award at the National Educational Leadership Awards on April 11, 2025, in Washington, D.C., after first being selected as South Carolina's top assistant principal by the South Carolina School Administrators Association in December

Founded the "Sharper Knights" male mentoring program at West Florence High School, where he has served as an administrator since 2021

Credited with expanding the school's STEM programming and creating an environment where students feel heard, supported, and empowered

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Rahsaan "Saani" Perry
