Exempts Georgetown County from certain building requirements for properties within or affected by the limit of moderate wave action line shown on the May 9, 2023 flood insurance rate map

Allows Georgetown County to enforce AE standards (a less restrictive flood zone designation) as set forth in the county's Flood Damage Prevention ordinance and building code instead of the standard requirements

Takes effect immediately upon approval by the Governor
