Requires lobbyists to report expenditures and activities related to local government lobbying, including direct business associations with local officials, using the same disclosure framework as state-level lobbying

Bans lobbyists from providing lodging, transportation, entertainment, food, or campaign contributions to local government officials and employees, with exceptions for events where entire local governing bodies are invited

Requires the State Ethics Commission to publish and update online lists of registered lobbyists and their principals within two business days of any changes, replacing the previous system of annual printed lists
