Increases the biennial road use fee for hybrid vehicles (those using a combination of motor fuel and alternative fuels like electricity or hydrogen) from $60 to $100

All collected fees must be credited to the Infrastructure Maintenance Trust Fund

The Department of Motor Vehicles collects these fees at the time of vehicle titling or registration

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
