Prohibits licensed medical facilities from using dialysate or dialysis products not made in the United States on patients under 21 years old

Creates an exception when a practitioner determines in good faith medical judgment that an immediate threat of serious risk to the patient's life or physical health exists

Establishes a $500 penalty per occurrence for facilities that violate the American-made dialysate requirement

Violation of this requirement constitutes grounds for the Department of Health to deny, suspend, or revoke a facility's license

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
