Increases the number of resident circuit court judges elected from the Sixth Judicial Circuit (Chester, Lancaster, and Fairfield counties) from one to two judges

Adds the Sixth Circuit to the list of circuits that elect two judges, joining the first, second, fourth, eighth, tenth, and sixteenth circuits

Takes effect on July 1, 2027
