Creates the "Legislative Personal Privacy Protection Act" allowing current and former South Carolina General Assembly members to restrict their personal contact information from publicly available government websites

Personal contact information covered includes home address, personal cellular telephone number, and tax map number

Legislators must submit a designated form and notarized affidavit to each state or local government agency to request restriction of their information from online databases

Restricted information may still be disclosed via subpoena, court order, to title insurers, attorneys licensed in South Carolina, professional engineers/surveyors, or other government agencies

State and local government employees are protected from liability for claims arising from personal contact information in public records
