Extends South Carolina's annual sales tax holiday from the current 3-day period (first Friday through Sunday in August) to the entire month of August (August 1-31)

Maintains the same categories of tax-exempt items: clothing, clothing accessories, footwear, school supplies, computers, printers, printer supplies, computer software, and bedding/bath items

Tax-exempt school supplies include pens, pencils, paper, binders, notebooks, books, bookbags, lunchboxes, and calculators

Tax-exempt bedding and bath items include blankets, bed linens, sheet sets, comforter sets, towels, shower curtains, bath rugs, and pillows

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
