Honors Thomas C. Clark Sr., a World War II Army veteran who lived in Kershaw County from 1947 until his death in 1981 and was one of the first pullet farmers in the Cassatt community

Recognizes Audree A. Clark, who served as missionary president at Hyco Baptist Church for forty years

The couple raised eight children and operated a pullet farm on more than fourteen acres while also selling vegetables at the Columbia Farmers Market

Directs that appropriate markers or signs be erected at the intersection and that a copy of the resolution be presented to the Clark family
