Prohibits state agencies, political subdivisions, school districts, and any entities receiving public funds from using those funds to host or provide drag shows or drag story hours for minors under age 18

Bars publicly funded entities from allowing their premises to be used for drag performances attended by minors, even if hosted by private entities

Requires cessation of public funding to any institution that violates the prohibition

Imposes a $500 civil fine per attendee for violations, payable to the state general fund, plus a mandatory public reprimand of the offending institution and its chief executive officer issued by the Attorney General

Allows parents or legal guardians of minors to file private lawsuits against violating institutions seeking compensatory damages, injunctive relief, or declaratory relief
