Requires online companies offering social media, streaming, gaming, or chatrooms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Netflix, Disney+, Roblox, and Hulu) with minor users to provide parental controls allowing parents to opt out of sexual content and content featuring transgender individuals

Violations constitute a misdemeanor with fines of $200 per day for each noncompliant account

Individuals may bring civil lawsuits against violating companies and recover actual damages, injunctive relief, declaratory relief, and attorney's fees

Takes effect upon Governor's approval
