Prohibits the addition of fluoride (including fluorosilicic acid, sodium fluorosilicate, and sodium fluoride) to public water systems or water that will be introduced into public water systems in South Carolina

Bars political subdivisions from enacting or enforcing ordinances that require or permit water fluoridation

Prohibits licensed bottled water operators from adding fluoride to their products and bans the sale of imported bottled water containing fluoride in the state

Adds a formal definition of "fluoride" to the state's water, sewage, and waste disposal code under Section 44-55-20

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
