Creates graduated penalties for repeat trespassing offenses under South Carolina law, adding Section 16-11-645 to the state code

Second offense trespassing violations carry a fine of up to $750 or imprisonment up to 60 days

Third or subsequent trespassing offenses carry a fine of up to $1,000 or imprisonment up to 90 days

Prior convictions only count if they occurred within 5 years of the current offense

All offenses under this section are triable in magistrates court, regardless of other jurisdictional statutes
