Expands free state park entry to all South Carolina residents who are veterans, removing the previous requirement that veterans must be classified as permanently and totally disabled by the Veterans Administration

Veterans must present an identification card from the county veterans affairs officer stating their veteran status to enter state parks without charge

Maintains existing free admission for South Carolina residents over 65, disabled, or legally blind, with half-price campsites for these groups

Campsites, overnight lodging, and recreation buildings remain excluded from free admission benefits

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor
