Authorizes continued state government funding at FY 2025-2026 recurring appropriation levels (Act 69 of 2025) if no General Appropriations Act is enacted before FY 2026-2027 begins

Nonrecurring appropriations from Act 69 of 2025 are considered already made and will not be funded again under this resolution

Study committees formed under Act 69 of 2025 are automatically dissolved unless reauthorized by separate legislation

Appropriates whatever amount necessary from the general fund for timely debt service on state obligations and constitutionally required items, including the Capital Reserve Fund and General Reserve Fund

Takes effect upon Governor's approval, with authority continuing until a new General Appropriations Act for FY 2026-2027 becomes effective
