Sheila Roberts served as accounting and human resources manager for South Carolina's Legislative Services Agency from 1997 until her retirement on September 2, 2025, completing nearly 30 years of public service

Roberts began at Legislative Printing, Information & Technology Resources (LPITR) as an accounting technician in 1997 and was promoted to accounting system administrator in 2005

She received the Super Star Award from LSA in 2013 for her role in designing and implementing the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS) and served as liaison for the House and Senate during accounting software and hardware upgrades

The South Carolina Senate extends formal appreciation for her service and directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to her
