Seawright was born December 9, 1952, graduated from Swansea High School in 1970, and earned an associate degree in automotive paint and body repair from Midlands Technical College

Served in the United States Army and had a 33-year civil service career at Fort Jackson before retiring and becoming owner of We Kleen Cleaning Service

Lifelong member of Prodigal AME Church in Swansea and survived by his wife Margaret, four children, three grandchildren, and other family members

Resolution directs that a copy be presented to the family
