Amends South Carolina Code Section 56-5-4140 to add a new subsection (D) specifically addressing gross weight limits for farm trucks.

Applies a 10% enforcement tolerance to the new farm truck weight provisions, consistent with existing tolerances for other vehicle categories.

Maintains existing weight limits for standard vehicles: 35,000 lbs for two-axle single-unit vehicles, 46,000 lbs for three-axle, and up to 80,000 lbs maximum for interstate highway combinations meeting axle spacing requirements.

Preserves the 15% enforcement tolerance for vehicles transporting unprocessed forest products or sod on non-interstate routes.
