Applies the occupation and employer disclosure requirement to cash contributions over $25 from individuals

Requires in-kind contributions exceeding $100 in aggregate from one person to include the contributor's occupation and employer in reporting

Amends contribution and expenditure reporting forms developed by the State Ethics Commission to include occupation and employer fields for contributors
