Amends Section 38-77-122 to allow automobile insurers to limit policy issuance to members of non-profit member organizations, in addition to existing exemptions for particular professions, occupations, or religious sects.

Maintains existing prohibitions against insurers refusing coverage based on age, sex, residence location within South Carolina, race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, marital status, or income level.

Preserves insurers' ability to set rates in accordance with relevant actuarial data.
