Adds the Executive Director of the South Carolina Commission for Community Advancement and Engagement and the State Child Advocate as new members of the State Child Fatality Advisory Committee

Expands the number of ex officio members who may appoint designees from items (1)-(12) to items (1)-(16), including the newly added positions, a county coroner or medical examiner, and a solicitor

Establishes that committee members may succeed themselves but cannot serve in a holdover capacity for more than 180 days after their term expires

Modifies quorum requirements so that a majority of appointed and duly qualified members constitutes a quorum, excluding legislative appointees
