Creates new Section 14-11-25 establishing that all master-in-equity terms of office begin on July 1

For courts established after January 1, 2027, the initial master-in-equity term begins July 1 of the year the court is established

Terms expiring on or before July 1 in a given year will instead expire June 30 of that same year

Terms expiring after July 1 in a given year will be extended to expire June 30 of the following year

Takes effect January 1, 2027
